What this chapter argues
The brain + body architecture describes one instance, while many AI partnerships use related configurations across several workspaces. Chapter 15 zooms out to the infrastructure and practices above an individual instance: continuity mechanisms, a capability catalog, announcements, feedback, and post-mortems. In the current constellation the transmission channel is the reviewed release — a lesson travels as an instruction, a skill, or a plugin version, not through a shared memory bus. These mechanisms can distribute an artifact or lesson, but distribution is not learning. Cross-instance learning requires another instance to retrieve the material, apply it appropriately, and improve an observable outcome.
